Default Help needed with VAG-COM Logs

Hi there. This is my first post on this forum and I'm hoping some of you guys might be able to help.
I have a Passat TDI 130 1.9 Manual with 75k on the clock

The car is incredibly Thirsty! The average mpg is JUST 36-38 Mpg (UK)!!!
My round trip to work in about 40 miles a day, carriageways, no traffic, no traffic lights, just free run with the average speed of 50 mph.
The other problem is Vibration and Roaring Noise especially when I accelerate.
There appear to be no other symptoms and the car does seem to run well with plenty of power, and there's little or no smoke from the exhaust.

New engine temperature sensor fitted along with the new MAF sensor. The injectors have been cleaned. Cleaned and tested EGR sensor. Replaced Air Filter. Replaced gearbox mounts.
Still vibrates and effect on fuel consumption ZERO!

I keep spending money on that car with no result an decided to test it myself.

Tested modules 1,2,3

4,5,7

8,10,11

Correct me if Im wrong. It looks like there is not enough air is getting into the engine, hence excessive fuel consumption.

Anyone any ideas

What reg is your Passat ?

Im also in the UK and I hear the roaring noise (even on idle sometimes) , its like a loud humming noise right?

I dont have VAG-Com so i cant check maybe someone can help us both work it out?

My MPG was very low but my normal trips are very short 2 miles etc to the train station etc so getting about 30MPG was OK , but then again I had an alternator Pulley issue which has been fixed and the MPG seems to be on the UP not had the full tank test yet.
