Looks like the cat came apart from the next pipe downstream of it.
1. What’s the best yet cheapest way to reconnect these two parts solidly?
I’m willing to DIY if the result is definitely strong.
I don’t have a welding machine (yet) so can’t DIY weld yet.
I have a propane torch though.
A. Insider secret to get this done for under $20 at a shop?
B. Best to drop $50-100 on HFreight 80 amp arc welding machine, mask, gloves, sticks, etc, and DIY in place on the pavement?
C. Mechanically reattach them with some type of bolt on pipe union connector?
