Soundproofing Hoodliner

When I open the hood I notice a couple hoodliner tabs are not in their slots. For whatever reason they appear to be loose.

Perhaps I wrap some tape around the tabs to build up the material where the tab cannot loosen from the slot.

Any other ideas?

They tend to sag over time , i fixed some with the shiny aluminium duct tape.
