Code 18000 P1592

Hey all! My car 2000 tdi jetta, has 485000 kms on it and workin like a top until lately the light came on and sometimes go in limp mode. Has anyone ran into having this code and what are the common thing should be looking for? I don't have vag com and can't find much information on this code. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you know where your MAP sensor is located on the charge-air piping?
Remove and clean or replace the sensor if you have already cleaned the ground/earth points under the air filter box and battery box.

The map sensor is right on top of the intercooler is it not??

could be there or on the plastic piping attached to the inter cooler.
