So I recently changed my fuel filter and the lines that run from the injection pump to filter. I haven't been able to get my car to start since acts like its getting no fuel starts a little at first then dies. I have filled the filter up with diesel, cracked the injector lines even used a mity vac to get more air out of the lines from the filter but nothing. I have vcds if thatd help figure it out but Im at a loss

Sounds like it’s filled with air. I’d pull the return off the IP, then use the mity vac. It’ll fill the filter and pump. Try to start the car, or prime a line or 2. It should start.

This is assuming you only did what you stated...
