I am wondering if any of you know the differences between European and N. American TDI Engines. I heard that the only diferences are in the fuel injectors and the ECU chip. Please verify

Depending on which European engine you're comparing the American engine to, it will have different heads, fuel injectors, injector pump(s), cam, pistons, turbo, connecting rods, etc. They are very different engines, especially the Pumpe Deuse engines.

The only differences I know of between the euro ALH and NA ALH are the ECU (different part #, CEL if you disconnect the EGR in the US) and the fact that even the manual gearbox engines have cooled EGR, whereas in europe it's only for the auto.
