Boost Issues...

I have read and reread through hundreds of posts here and have a easy question. Do the chip and the tuning box present the same issue of potential surge in the low rpm range? I ask because they increase power in two different ways. The chip through boost, the box through increased gas... Anyway thanks.

It's a potential issue even in BONE STOCK form.
