VNT17 Odd Turbo Noise, Loss of Power, Buzzing

I pulled cold side housing off today and noticed the oring looked like it was pushed out of its seat slightly on one side. The oring spring back to shape after removing but at this point I'm thinking this might be the cause.

It does not take much of a leak to get under boost codes. My boost nipple blew out and even though the hole is smaller than 1/4", it was enough to throw a code even with a 56mm compressor wheel!
