Looking for a Seattle Metro area TDI mechanic

I'm planning to buy two used TDIs to replace our vehicles in the next month.

In general I know what to look for but would feel a lot better if I had someone who works on them all the time take a look.

I would prefer this shop/mechanic would know about the typical issues we are all concerned with like intake clogging.

I have had BugAid on Aurora do work on my car. They have quite a bit of TDI experience.

Dan Freeman (Dr Dan's Fuelwerks) and Golf/Jetta Service on Roosevelt also work on a lot of VWs and TDIs.

I've had a lot of work done by Golf/Jetta service and have always been satisfied. They are moving to Greenwood and moving soon though, and I don't have their new contact information. I believe the new shop is called Thomas and Thomas.

There are a lot of VWs in this area, so I think that we are pretty plush with good mechanics. Picking one close to you is helpful (or at least I find that helpful).

Fat City Auto on Denny is where I take mine. 2 blocks from the Space Needle. They specialize in Benz, VW, BMW, Audi.
