Lowered the price 1000 to 4k
I crashed my project pretty bad, luckily with the 5mm skid plate and BFI motormounts, the moter and tranny were pretty unscathed. This is a chance to buy everything you need to swap this 1z into your vanagon golf or other for a fraction of the price I paid. I had over 20k into this car, and for 5k you could have the full motor completely data logged and tuned. Car drove great, boosting early, below 3500 rpm, tune was conservative boosting about 24psi so I didn't bend a rod or something. I was thinking of starting at 5k but am open to offeres as obviously I want it sold and gone to a good home!

I crashed my 1997 Passat TDI and am selling the motor out of it that has been highly modified. Motor was never dynoed but likely makes 200+hp and 340 ft/lbs. All parts were originally installed by Berg Performance in Denver and the motor was professionally pulled by them as well at a cost of 900 bucks. I have all receipts for work done and all info can be verified. I will deliver anywhere depending on price!
The following is a list of parts installed with approximate prices I paid off the top of my head. Not looking to part out at this time:
Darkside developments tubular exhaust manifold - 1400
PD 130 intake manifold - 150
Arp head studs w new head gasket - 250
New timing belt kit
Colt stage 2 cam- 350
Bosio Race Injectors - 600
New Lifters - 250
11mm Rebuilt Injection Pump - 500
Gtb2056vk turbo rebuilt with 100 miles - 1000
Custom Turbo Mount/Rear engine mount bracket - 250
Custom down pipe and 2.5 inch stainless exhaust - 250
Full custom Malone tune with ecu - 750
McNally boost gauge - 250
Wavetrack limited slip differential - 1200
New crank pulley with the rubber in it - 100
New timing belt tensioner - 100
Spec Stage 3 Clutch 700
Tall .68 5th gear installed
Needs a new shifter box and the alternator mount bracket broke during accident and would need rewelded. You would need a new FMIC as this was the first to take the hit of course. Have at least 7000 in parts on the motor not including labor. Motor has 250k on it runs perfect. It's a beast only running about 24psi...would be perfect to put in a vanagon or golf or other swap...I will deliver anywhere depending on price...
