I want to change the injector-to-injector lines when I swap out my injectors; anyone know the exact ID for these lines? I'm looking to get Viton tubing, but hear that tygon will work as well?

I also would like to change other visible fuel lines from pump; are they all the same size?

Thanks in advance!

The interinjector return lines need to have an inside diameter of 1/8 inch or 3 m.m. to securely grip the barbs.
The other fuel lines are not subjected to the same heat history as these so close to the head and are not likely to become brittle. The translucent lines are polyamide (Nylon) and are unlikely to need changing except if chafed and worn by an object (quite frequently the engine top cover) rubbing on them.

It might be worth your while to check out Greg Landuyt's kit. It has the inter-injector lines, the fuel return line from inj 4 to pump, new washers, new tee fitting/bolt/washers for inj 3 in one handy package:

Like Lug Nut said, 1/8 ID-1/4 OD. You`ll need 18 inches but it`s sold by the foot so get yourself 2 feet. Takes ten minutes to do.
