Is VW replacing the "OLD" MONRONEY (MSRP stickers) on 2015 TDIs for sale?

Price? -- MPG? -- Other?

Maybe this post should by folded into the "ACTUAL NEW TDi car sales"?

They give you a new one when the update is done...
Since the cars MUST have the update done before sale...
Anybody who thinks about it would say yes IMO.
Of note...My 2015 is doing better MPG dive the update, regardless of what the sticker says.

IMO, I am thinking the MPG will not suffer when/if I do the FIX.

MPG with this ol' geezer, is most a pride-bragging rights thing

Was -- for sure going for thr BB

But then,

Obstacles with finding a suitable replacement, at my (cheap) price points.

If not wrecked or stolen, like money in vw's bank -- until I walk the plank.

I hear Honda makes a fine automobile.

Dealer near me had these stickers (though one car I looked at didn't have one at all).

They do ~~ they do ~~ indeed Honda makes fine cars ~~ maybe best noted for high resale value, dependability, reliability, and moderated cost of maintenance.

For me, the math works nice enough

$7,951-ish directly if you count the last 1/3 of the fixer

.....and other avoided issues to consider.

In my case, I could avoid paying

1-4 months of interest ~~ $150 ?
1-4 months of insurance ~~ $150 ?
TAG Agency lien release ~~ $15 ?

Unless I missed something, the fix might be $8,266-ish

Add to that ~~ Checking KBB for similar TDi golfs 1-2-3 years older than mine, are showing (currently) high (full bore) retail values.
