Started process, now I'm moving

Has anyone run into this yet?

I started the claim process, and have been sent the settlement offer. Yesterday, I got a new job offer on the other side of the country. I currently live in MN, and will likely be moving to WA before it is finalized. I know the settlement offer is different between WA and MN. I tried calling their question line, but the woman there was no help, and she didn't seem to understand what I was asking. She kept suggesting I have someone handle it in MN while I'm in WA

Has anyone moved before everything was finalized?

The regional value is based on where the car was registered in September 2015.

I wouldn't sweat it. By and large all is done online. There are some mailed components, but they're just backup / reminders to what you've already receive in your portal.
