Hybrid glow plugs, new flash observations

You have the latest GP flash and GP's (009). Most likely it is a cracked/broken insulator that pushes on the GP. As they age they get brittle and crack. Dealer sells single replacements that you can splice in. IIRC they are around $30-$40 each.

Thank you vwztips- I loaned out my VCDS and couldn't confirm what flash it had.

I've been up to my neck with issues on my truck and want to fix this quickly before summer is over.

I'll look at the insulator/wiring. That would be an easy fix for me.
