2011 Jetta TDi GloveBox Light won't work

I have a 2011 Jetta TDi and the glovebox light won't work. I tried a new bulb, engine on/off.....Headlights on/off.....nothing.....

I put a meter to the bulb and holder/block and they test fine.....

I put the meter to the wire/plug that goes into the bulb unit and got no power....

I went though every fuse and everything tested good..... ( if it were a fuse I'm guessing something else wouldn't be working as well )

This is the only bulb in the car that doesn't work.....

Does anyone have ideas on how to fix the glovebox light ???
