Can the flaps be removed but leave the motors in?
Does the motors need a open/close position?
Your probably better off leaving the flaps in the manifold because there would be no serious gains in the delete.
However they do make kits which would provide the parts needed to remove and blocking plates to seat inside the manifold.

Another thing i would raise is that you may have to get it tuned, and these kinds of mods work better if you have a bigger turbo. Stock turbos wont be able to keep up with the flow, thats why the swirls are there to regulate the flow and help with power on the low side.
