Dash Lights Pulsing, Climate Control Issues

Headlights and Dashlights started to Pulsate going from normal to dim about every second. It is consistent and you could set a beat to it (not random). It does it at idle and high RPM and stops pulsating every once in a while. It is very noticeable in the headlights as well. Now the Climate control is acting strange going to slow speed to high and not working at all at times. Thinking it is a grounding issue, does anyone have an idea what would cause this and where the ground would be for the Climate Control? Thanks

The times this has happened to me were a sign of a failing alternator.

It's likely a failing alternator. It can cause lots of damage if that's the case.

Imagine the alternator going from 10v to 16+v over and over.

Sensitive electronic components just love that.
