Can anyone tell me under what circumstances 75w90 GL5 oil for a final drive would be preferable to 75w140 and vice versa. This question pertains to a BMW motorcycle. I put the question here because of the knowledgeable people that are on this thread.
My TDI just keeps ticking along without problems except I hear groans when I go to the pump.
