Seat lowering

Has anyone had an issue with their driver seat lowering over time? I have a 2014 beetle TDI and I’ve been noticing that the driver seat lowers almost a quarter of an inch everyday. I drive a minimum of 40 minutes a day. The dealership has tried to diagnose the issue multiple times to no avail. They’ve even “replaced the seat assembly”. Any info on how the seat height adjustment mechanism works is helpful. Thanks!

I haven't, but mine may be set as low as it goes. Welcome to tdiclub! Nice to have another Beetle poster! This can be a slow forum at times.

Nothing with mine either, unless I move the seat to get into the backseat.

Haven't noticed in mine yet. although I am constantly changing the seat around as my daughter learns to drive and adjusts every setting every time. Safety first she says
