Need help ID'ing a heat core adapter

There are what looks like 90 degree or less plastic adapters clamped onto my heater core pipes that does not show up with my vin # in the part description description graphics. I think they might be custom because a newer engine was installed 7 years ago. Could it be someone modified to original design to adapt the engine?

Anyway there are clamps on both sides of the adapters and it appears the left handed one as you face them, is leaking, Any pics and part numbers would be greatly appreciated.

There are just too many to list....
They have part numbers on them, if they are the OEM type plastic quick couplers.

There are straight, 90 degree, 45 degree, as well as some with a little bleed nipple on them. I used to have a cheat sheet for them all, but lost it in the move.
