Any howto's on installing a new turbo on a BRM??

I found a few things on here and google, but pics or a video would be awesome. I get lost easily, and there seems to be a debate as to whether it should be pulled from the bottom or top of the engine.

I'm a novice, and the most I've done with this car is suspension, brakes and oil changes...I'd love a step by step with pics or something to help.

It's an '06 Jetta BRM btw.
