Default FS: 2004 Jetta Wagon part out Missouri

Friend's car, I have taken care of it since he bought it new, took off the road by a texting driver at 185k miles.

Lots of good parts!

At its 180k service I just did:

new Michelin Premier tires

new Volkswagen battery

timing belt, filters

Flywheel conversion done around 140k miles

tan leather interior, non smoker

no ESP

OEM steel skid plate

aftermarket receiver hitch

Not interested in shipping big heavy items, but will help remove them at my house if you come to pick them up. The car was hit hard enough that it buckled the roof all the way up by the sunroof, and the doors do not open and close squarely. But the mechanicals are still good. We put the spare on in case the body rubbed on the tire while towing as I did not want to damage the new one (but it didn't anyway). First time spare has ever been on the ground!

Not sure what all the stuff is worth, so entertaining reasonable offers.

All the steering, suspension, subframe, and brakes (aside from the master cylinder, booster, and ABS module) are gone. I do still have the wagon rear springs though.

Seats, center console, front door panels, glovebox, sunroof switch/light gone. Headlights gone.

I'll take that steel skid plate and the body mounts for it. What headlights are on it? I can drive down tomorrow.

It has the original headlights in it.

$200 for the skidplate, which has everything EXCEPT the rivnut inserts since those obviously cannot be removed from the car.

Tomorrow or Sunday good to meet?

Do the original headlights have fog lights in them?

None of these sold here came with fog lights, so no.

Tomorrow morning is fine. I am outside Union, MO. I will PM you later.

What else could I use off that?

Did wagons get bigger or better brakes than sedans?

Is there a rear sway bar on wagons that the sedan didn't get?

Monster mats?

Oh, I'll definitely take the door lock actuators. I just replaced my battery, dangit.

There are some mats, not sure if they are in the car though.

Same brakes as the sedans, not really much of anything especially different on the wagons but the rear beam is slightly different although I am not 100% sure what exactly is.

The person that owns the car may be at my house too.

I didn't have the settings on my account setup--I thought you didn't send a pm.

I want the parts, and can come by whenever (well, preferably not tonight). But other than that just say when. Tomorrow would be great.
