Cell Phone Problems

My cell phone was paired up with my 2014 Sportwagen and worked just fine for over a year. Then, with no change in my cell phone or my carrier my phone became unpaired with the JSW and now will not pair up to it again. My wife's cell phone has not experienced any problems.

I've spent a couple of hours trying to get it paired up again with no luck. Any suggestions on what might have happened or what to do to solve the problem?

There was a Humble Mechanic podcast not too long ago and someone else was having a similar issues. I think Charles said that there was an update from VW regarding the Bluetooth in these radios.
