Front Crank Seal Leak - Yes or No

In the process of doing a TB / Water Pump change and noticed this after pulling the cover off the lower TB area. The EGR is leaking oil and is on my to-do list to change. So is the oil somehow getting into the TB housing and making it look like a front crank seal leak?
