Charlotte County, FL TDI mechanics?

It's clear from a few posts here and elsewhere that the VW dealership in Port Charlotte is especially incompetent and/or crooked.

I think I saw Avenue Garage mentioned here at least once, but with a name like that it's hard to search for.

Suggestions?

Whenever you want to find something that is difficult use an exterior search engine.

Lets say you go to google and type: Search terms needed site:forums.tdiclub.com

The Key to the site specific search is site:desiredsite.com
This limits the search to the specified site.
Example:
Avenue Garage site:forums.tdiclub.com


As for Mechanics in your area I haven't the slightest idea. Might try looking in this thread: http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?t=457372

VAP Motorsports in Ft Myers works on these. I've only used them for general work, but have heard they are good.
