Upratted clutch and flywheel advice

Iv got a Audi A4 b5 1.9tdi 110bhp afn Quattro 5speed
what options do I have will the G60 flywheel and vr6 clutch combo work
With my engine and gear box :-S

Struggling to find any information on this audi's not a lot of them about

Nop, g60 is not for longitudinal engines you should go single mass flywheel, double pressure plate and stock 66kw 1.9tdi clutch or ceramic one. Or if you have some extra money look for some kits to hold some 550nm of torque thats the peak you can get from this engine. I have b5 passat 4x4 110 1.9tdi so we are the same.

What kits have you been looking at?

I've been reading a bit about the 1z flywheel and s2 clutch if any ones go any more info on that

Also I have been looking at the Valeo smf kit dark side sell them but not sure it will be up to the job tbh any thoughts?

you just contact those darkside, xman, rodriguez vendors and ask what they can offer for you , clutch disk is not a problem, pressure plate you need to be strong holding I found best money/perfomance option with oem clutch and custom made double pressure plate, thats about 200-300euro (yeah its Lithuania, cant afford high profit shops from uk...)

Flywheel bolts (6) 10x1x19,5 mm: VAG# N 902 061 03

Stock AHU/AFN etc. 'Ausdrücklager' should work well.

New holes about 10 mm deep need to be made to the flywheel for mounting the pressure plate. Otherwise it's bolt on.

They are not registered here. They are my local friends, as I know there is no company outside my country that makes something like this


This is not from tdi but it looks similar. Clutch peddal gets a bit harder but as company claims its 550nm holding with keramic clutch.

Bit the bullet and bought a helix kit after finding out my mechanic had fitted a few of these cg motersport one that all failed with in a year so I'm staying clear

Iv already got a helix clutch organic disc smf on my 6speed runing way over there limits hybrid and all that and it's hold fine for 15k but this time I'm going for a 6 paddle disc and smf for my Audi a4 b5
