any feedback on what this be, I heard it could be oxygen sensor before the catalytic converter. On my 2010 tourareg tdi the sensor is located top of fire wall, very close to turbo exhaust. would appreciate any feedback on this..thanks!

NOx sensor 1 performance.

The actual performance should be read with VCDS to diagnose this. The sensor has an integrated controller that communicates over the CAN data bus. Communication as well as sensor readings should be checked.
