I’ve searched and came up empty. How or what do I torque the studs to for the rollers?
I'm far from an expert but that sounds crazy. They are fine finger-tight... the nut on the other end does the work, and there are published torque specs for the nuts.

The studs for the rollers for the timing belt? Finger-tight?
For what it's worth:

Exactly. Installed finger-tight, they will do any further threading-in needed as the nut on the other end is tightened to the proper torque value. Not crazy. If the nut on the roller is torqued properly, the stud will be torqued properly.
