Greetings All,
Need help with putting my car up on a trailer for an impending move (like this Sunday.)
The trailer is a 4-wheels up (full carrier.)
It has two net/webbing systems with ratchets for the front wheels.
My concern is where should I attach the two additional chains located front and rear to the undercarriage of the car?
The dealer I bought the car from suggested putting the towing hook into the rear fender and attach the chain there. Is that reasonable?
He also suggested the rear control arm. Is this appropriate?
I've looked through my manuals and can't seem to locate recommended attachment points.
I really love this car and want to ensure its safe/undamaged passage to my new location.
Pictures, manual page reference, video: any and all experienced help is welcome.
