Mine was doing this too. I removed the IC and cleaned it off, then pressurized it by cobbling together some hose and plugs etc. I put 12 or 15 psi to it and sprayed saopy water on it to find the leaks. I cinched on the crimps in thate leaky area and re-tested finding it held pressure. No seeping anymore.
