Fuel Leak

I just picked up another 03 TDI about a month ago. I went to fill it up for the first time and I noticed I have a major fuel leak. I have narrowed it down to be leaking around the sender, about right where the arrow points rearward and it seems to only leak whenever the car is going down hill. I have tried different seals and a new sender, this has seemed to slow the leak down but its still there. Please don't tell me its the tank.

Ok we won't. But it probably is.

I am not seeing anything obvious with the tank but that is the only thing that I haven't ruled out

I finally got a chance to swap out my tank with one form a donor and turns out mine had a rats nest on top of it and they had chewed on both vent lines.
