wife had a flat tire we changed the tire to a new one
after doing so there was an immediate noise]
++noise is front passange side
best described as the noise when they leave the stickers on the tire tread however there was no stickers
another way to describe it would be a blast of air pause blast of air pause it increases with spead not engine related

there is no howling noise
no major vibration
tire is new pressure is right

tried rotating tire to new location noise stayed

..confused

See if you can pinpoint it by spinning the wheel when the front end is jacked up.
Could be a brake dust shield rubbing.
Maybe got bent when the tire was changed

The rub marks would not be on the inside of the rim, fruitcakesa is saying that the dust shield behind your front brake rotor could be bent in and rubbing the rotor...
