I'm having issues with my mfd avg mpg reading being anywhere but near accurate.
I reset avg #2 each time I fill up and it is consistently showing 12-15mpg optimistic:eek: compared to hand calculated. I fill to top of filler neck every time. This has only been happening since doing a DPF delete and Malone stage 2.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is any way to correct it with VCDS without messing anything else up.
Thanks in advance for any insight.

That's strange. I was very impressed with the accuracy on my 2010 before and after tune . Did you reach out to Malone tuneing about this?

I had a 2010 golf tdi 6m. Before tune mfd
Consistently read 1 percent lower vs hand calculated over 5k miles .

After new exhaust and malone stage 2 eco MFD read 1.5 percent high vs hand calculated over 20k miles .

My 2015 all stock is a different story and consistently reads 5 - 8 percent high.

Mine said 60mpg after the tune and turbo. Way off... I ignore it and manually calculate...

Yea mine tells me around 63mpg on avg 2.
However the range seems to be correct. Which seems kind of weird.

Any chance your mfd is set to read in imperial gallons(UK & Canada)?
