g70 fault?

good morning guys, please could you have a look at this auto scan and see what you think?i had the dreaded coil light come up on the dash yesterday ,no loss of power no problems at all. so pulled over switched off and restarted no light!!, ive driven the car for about 30miles since and it hasn't returned!!. what do you think ? please. Looks like your MAF sensor is going bad.
How is the fuel economy?
Firstly I'd suggest borrowing a MAF sensor, installing it and driving for as long as possible.
If the fault doesn't return, buy a replacement MAF.
Oh, and it's better to buy a second hand one rather than some cheap Chinese crap.

Henrick, thanks for your reply, not sure about mpg as I havnt done many miles since this happened, I'm not sure where I can borrow a sensor from but I will ask around and see if I can find one, will let you know .
