How to tell a 10mm and 11mm IP apart?

I seem to be getting more fuel than I want with the timing set on the blue line and the IQ at 5. Still have more exhaust smoke than I want.

I'm wondering if the IP is a 11mm or just going bad.

I have a photo of the numbers on the side but I don't know how to attach pictures.

I think the numbers on the IP are 045 130 107D 800

Mine had a letter D. Not a K or J.

I found on another thread that the 404 is a 10mm and 414 is the 11mm pump.
