Default sdi to tdi PD conversion

Might be able to get hold of a Polo 1.9 SDI quite cheap but I'll be a bit dissapointed with the power.

How easy would it be to put in a 130/150 PD?

I geuss the ECU would have to be changed causing the usual immo probs along with the loom and there would need to be the intercooler and exhaust changed, but is there much more?
