Hey guys!

I'm driving a Bora with AJM (PD 115) engine. Current mileage is 229tkm. It's stock so far, I have a PD100 (almost the same as PD150) inlet manifold with Darkside Racepipe waiting.
Well, the reason I'm posting here is that I want more power.
I like Fab176s old setup a lot. I'm aiming for similar numbers.
But the main problem is my budget.
Would be new H beam con rods necessary? It think I should rebuild the block at least, precisely because I think when I'm ready to modify it, it would already hit the 250k km mark. Next thing. The clutch. Sachs clutch + SMF would be over 1k€, is there any cheaper solution?
I'd be okay with less power, but then I should noticeable cheaper too.

Also thinking about getting a custom remap first, is there a remapper in central Europe/Germany you'd recommend me? ryanp is too far away :(

TIA!

Big power costs big money, I thought about it too, I could get 150bhp for around another £300 but to get 170-180 would cost me way more, big power = big money.:)

That's sad but true.

Does someone know if it's the turbo or the nozzles which limits more on my AJM?

AJM turbo is the same as ALH, AHF
it's a VNT15, on AHF (110hp) engines it reaches 140hp with a tune.

I think I'll go with a GT1749VB + Forge FMIC + Remap.

Does someone know if the Forge FMIC fit on the GT1749VB? I think the turbo outlet is the same on GT1749VA/VB because the kit is especially for PD 130 with the VA...
