Here is esc tuning's rendition of the bleeder Tee. http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-Golf_V--2.0T/ES2215340/PriceAlert/
OEM part number is 1J0 721 468 C and is about 60 bux depending what dealer you get it from.
Diesel freak is right, go to a wreaking yard and get one for a 6 speed gasser.
Ryan should have included one in his kit. Check carefully all the bubble wrap you got. I bet it's there. If not, contact Ryan.

Thanks for those replies guys, yes I did find it after all. Then I had trouble getting it to work and realized there was a small rubber gsket inside one end and after removing it, the clutch hyd line nipple would insert all the way. System bled, tranny installed and works perfect. I really love the six speed!

Sorry for the delay. The Stage 2 Daily SMF Silent Kit is $1200 USD all in, so the Gearbox kit would be £50 less since we are not including the Used Clutch and Flywheel.
I get SouthBend to drop ship them directly rather than sending them from here.

Cheers

Stage 1 is $1150 USD and Stage 2 is $1250, sorry!

The Gearbox kit is £1200 GBP for the 5 - 6 Speed conversion. It is £325 more for the Auto Conversion parts. Then there is the clutch. I will keep it all in GBP or USD till you let me know what you want! Best to PM and we can sort everything else out.

Cheers

Ah, thanks! :)

I see where the $US and the £ applies: location of the respective kits. I'll keep this in mind and work towards that goal of the swap. :)

Pondracer, how much power are you going to run there? I am running a multitude of the Sachs 02M clutch kits and Malone stage 2 which is way under the Sachs rated HP ratings. This kit is vastly cheaper and works great for my power level.

I'm not gonna get radical with any upgrades, this is for my DD. Any mods made will be more for economy than power. I'll see maybe going from 90hp to something like 110hp, and increase in fuel economy. That's why I'm looking at like a stage 1 clutch kit but want silent SMF.

I have just updated the first page with new prices and a great deal.

We have managed to secure a good rate with DHL for the heavyweight shipments so were able to bring the price down slightly.

Got plenty of parts in stock for immediate dispatch!

Thanks

I sure love those Sachs clutch kits. They are all as smooth as can be. Problem Ryan is I've run out of cars to put kits in. Although my latest aquitition has a 5 speed but that car never runs on the interstate at 110km or better and just wouldn't pay.
Bottom line, if you need a 6 speed, look no further, Ryan delivers.

Boertje, you can sure enough do mine for me if ya want! :) As I'm dreading doing it (even tho I would love for my baby to have a manual) and I do not have access to a garage which is unfortunate since winter will be here before too long!

Yaa, I know. It's only a 27 hour drive. haha. I wish there was someone close to me that could help me with it. Everyone is 3+ hours from me. Plus with no VCDS it would be kind of difficult.

I'm signing up to this for SURE! This thread and the prospect of 6sp manual in my car is ridiculously enticing.
