Bulgaria.....that is mu guess, because I can read sometning in bulgarian on the newspaper on the licence plate. Also, the policeman on the back, looks like bulgarian policeman, lower rang.

No I hear It was our Governors her in NJ after his new TAXES and promise to PAY the STATE EMPLOYEES for the time the government was shut down. All the political whoXXX in Trenton should think it cost us Lottery income and casino income for days but we must pay the folks who get far more time off than any job I ever held including working for 20 years in one place.
