Immobilized mode? Can’t get out of park

Here’s back story - have a 2006 Jetta tdi and replaced cooling fan but noticed after replacing cooling fan that the fans weren’t kicking on. It ended up being a fuse was blown. However the car was on and running and the 100 amp fuse was taken out and the car shut off and now will not go out of park? Has anyone seen this? I’ve hooked vagcom up and tried to clear codes but still can not get it out of park. Did taking the fuse out make the computer think the car had been wrecked?

Also a few lights have come on the dash sense such as traction light and the solid steering wheel light the steering assist light

Does the foot-on-brake lamp work? Does the car see the brake pedal input?

What all DTCs are in which modules?

Try to disconnect battery. Wait 10 mins. Reconnect. Try to start.
