I have a 2003 Volkswagen Beetle TDI that I have changed the crankshaft sensor(new) and both sensors(new) on the transmission but the car still goes in and out of limp mode. I have recently purchased a donor beetle but its a gasser, I have been told that the accelerator pedal could be the problem so I was wondering if the pedal from the gasser was interchangeable with my TDI? They look the same plug is the same but the stickers have different part numbers on them.

There are just too many to list....
You have not provided NEARLY enough information to actually offer any real help to your problem.

Why are you throwing parts at your car? OBD works, start there. DTCs, etc.

When you say limp mode, do you mean the engine or transmission?

Accelerator pedals don't fail on these cars. Gas or diesel.

98 Jetta TDI AHU 1.9L (944 TDI swap in progress) I moved so now i got nothing but an AHU in a garage on a pallet.
go to auto store, borrow scanner, get codes current and logged, report back, stop wasting money on parts for no reason.

Accelerator pedals are different for the gas and diesel VWs.
