Since last year my Golf started very hard on cold start.
Changed almost everything. Tandem pump, vacuum hoses, crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, N75, glow plugs, done cylinder head completly with injector seats, new injector seals, repaired turbo, repaired injectors, new injector loom, etc.

Same problem always. Anyone had similar problem?

Anyone?

This video is before repaired head with injector seats.
Now it is much better, but if car stays for 2 days, then I have this problem.

Tandem pump again?
I have also bad low end. When I press accelator pedal, car stays for 1-2 seconds, then boost kicks in very agressive after 2000rpm. Bad throttle response.

Engine is 1.9 TDI PD 115HP, AJM.

Timing seems spot on. Sticky ASV, bad temp sensor somewhere (car thinks it's warm), air leak or restriction. Sometimes crank or cam sensors get wonky.

In tank pump works.

No air leaks, everything is ok
Bought another tandem pump to try.
I think this is something fuel related. Fuel is somehow returns back, so it has air in fuel system.

Thank you for help, I will write what is problem if I fix. [emoji481]
