Default Help with VCDS test

2000 golf, 1.9 alh man. trans. Please tell me how I can perform a complete output test. When I get to the fuel shutoff segment, I have to restart the car and then the output test starts over. I cant get past the fuel shutoff window. I think my N239 valve is bad Thanks

that is normal, iirc the rest of the test doesn't require the motor to be running.
