Modulite Adapter for Hitch Wiring

Which Modulite powered adapter do I need for my Curt hitch I am about to order which is going onto my '01 TDI Sedan?

I looked at e-trailer.com and saw a couple different ones.

Capacity: 8.4 amps. An upgrade to the original, the 18176 Modulite harness offers more peace of mind by including circuit protection to safeguard itself and the tow vehicle from harmful electrical shorts and mis-wire situations. Rated at 4.2 amps for the taillights, 2.1 amps per stop/turn.

Last Weekend

I installed the HD one last weekend along with an electric brake controller. Lots of fun, LOL, have fun.
