TDI engine into VW Caddy

How hard is this to do?

not impossible. I've seen a web page of a guy who did it. Google should provide the answer. I know someone posted a link somewhere on Fred's a few months ago, but I don't recall where.

I did it with an AHU and trans from a98 Jetta using the electrics and cable shifter etc ,a lot of work.You can bolt an AHU engine to the stock trans if you prefer ,it would be easier I used the Jetta trans because it can take more abuse since I am running 205's.11mm pump and chipped ECU ,no EGR and lots of boost and has awesome aceleration.
