If so how do they look and how was the install?

They will not fit/mate properly with the center part of the lower grill. You can read all about it here: Grill Thread and here Grill Thread 2

Aw that sucks. Says they will fit kinda after butchering the honeycomb grill.

They look pretty cool but totally not worth making irreversible modifications.
