So bout 9 or 10 months ago I found out my head cracked. Idk why but it did. Replaced the head, threw in ARP studs and did a cr170 turbo upgrade while I was in there.

After everything was back together, I primed the fuel pumps and tried to start it. No start. It cracks but it just wont start. Fuses and relays are good, Battery is new and everything is timed up properly.

Everything is buttoned up, tightened down and plugged in. I have 2 codes for EGT bank 1. Same code just pops up twice, idk why. Maybe it bad but would that stop it from running?

Im sharing my thread from the RossTech forum because there is a auto scan of my car in there. Maybe something Im missing.

Thanks in advance.

Im trying to test the harness side plug that the EGT sensor 1 (G235) connects to but I cant find any specs on proper Voltage or Ohms.

Does anybody here know what numbers Im looking for?

Shoot us the injectors, they are going to need a cleaning.

Injectors with over 75,000 will do this if left unused for a period of time.

They will require a quick clean and put thru a cleaning program on the test bench.

Correct storage is critical with used injectors...

Email us at Sales@DBWLLC.net we can get you up and running quick.

Thats the 1st time I've heard/read anything about that.

Can anybody vouch for what he is saying?

The return fitting and inlet fitting capped, and kept in the vertical position during the time they are out of the engine.

If they are allowed to drain, it causes all sorts of problems internally.

Bloody hell $150 per injector?! Damn technology. Does that cover shipping and new gaskets?

All the details are in the link...read it.

Time consuming to say the least, that and the cost of the equipment and licensing $$$$$$$

Good job! CR systems don't have the tolerance of the older ones...

I took for a good test drive last night, everything seemed ok, minus a few codes. I need to recal tire pressure and I have the same EGT sensor code AND its in limp mode. And, boy, does it roll coal. Is that normal?
