I've removed it before when it was cracked to replace with a new one but now I have no idea how to get the new one off. I need to access the horn behind the right fog light cover. Any tips or tricks? I don't want to break the clips on the new grill.

The fog light covers are held on by tiny pastic extrusions, I too was worried that I woudl break them just putting new covers on when I converted to Fog lights, but they are very durable. Helps a lot if you have plastic trim removal tool, pry at either end, it will snap out with a firm snap. After you have one tab / extrusion exposed you start moving around cover to get others exposed. If you care about the car, as I think you do, it can be a worry, go for it, afterwards you will say "that wasn't so bad".
