WTB Passat or Jetta Wagon near Twin Cities MSP or WI

Looking for a Passat or Jetta wagon that is mechanically decent, I don't mind a prior salvage vehicle or one with a few body flaws. Manual would be nice, but I would consider auto's as well.

Budget is around $5000 and I do have a 2001 Audi a4 quattro 5- Speed with 115k that I would consider trading if there was interest.

Very nice car, I wish you were closer and in the States.

I'm potentially looking to offload both of our TDIs in favor of one newer JSW. I'm also moving to Seattle in a few weeks. Unfortunately, $5k is a good deal less than I'd like for the Passat Wagon. If you have some flexibility, let me know and we can talk.
