Just do the correct break in for the cam

1. Use the correct break in oil (I forget the viscosity)
2. Start engine and immediately keep and hold RPM above 2500 for thirty minutes.
3. Drain oil and change filter.
4. Install new oil of your choice(5w-40 preferably)
5. Change oil and filter after 500 miles
6. Change oil and filter after 2500 miles
7. Back to your regular oil change interval (10K)

You can drive however you would like it really doesn't matter. More spirited driving will help break in the cam though
